Good morning friends,
World Environment Day is celebrated annually on June 5th around the world. It is done to create global awareness of our environment. Do you know when World Environment Day started? In 1972, the United Nations Convention on the Human Environment was conducted from June 5th to June 16th. Subsequently, it will be organized by different countries of the world on June 5th each year with different themes.
We must protect the environment. Celebrating environmental day doesn’t mean celebrating it for one day and forgot about it in the future. Well, it means that you have to support the environment and conserve nature every day.
We should promote Green India and use the latest machinery and equipment that use less water and energy, resulting in less water and energy waste. Apart from this, it also releases fewer pollutants or toxic gases that ultimately protect the whole environment.
To protect our country and the world, we need to protect nature. Most factories and manufacturing units are responsible for the explosion of pollution, electricity, gas, dirt, etc., for the quality of the air we breathe, the water we consume, and the environment we live in.
The government has also started some benefit schemes for the factories or entrepreneurs to move towards a green environment. They will get benefits only if they do something that is not harmful to the environment.
It is the responsibility of the general public to plant many trees, clean up the environment, and take action against those who harm animals. Also, it is very important to conserve water and energy in their respective areas.
We must keep our area or sewage clean. Otherwise, it will lead to some illnesses and some diseases associated with wastewater. Water is an important energy source, but it can be the source of many dangerous diseases such as dengue and malaria if persistent or unhygienic. Therefore, it is our main responsibility to take all measures and preventive such as cover all pipes, tanks, or coolers.
Let’s now look at waste disposal; Throwing away the trash that most people use seems cruel. But the government has stepped in and installed trash bins in most public places. So, we have to use these trash cans correctly and dispose of wet and dry trash properly.
If we follow certain principles, life will be simple and enjoyable. These simple principles do not cost money and are not a hindrance, but they are very useful.
As I have already told you above that World Environment Day is an important day for raising awareness of nature and protecting the environment now and in the future. We only have one planet to live on, and if we didn’t care about it, then we got nowhere to live. For a planet to survive on Earth, the world’s oceans, soils, and forests must be preserve. Scientists and researchers have been developing Eco-friendly products that can be used instead of plastic ones and have no harmful effects on the environment.
Gifts from nature are rare and cannot be created and bought with money. We have to provide special care to them. We have to care for our surroundings, such as do not smoke in public places and not dispose of trash in public places. These small steps will be very helpful for the environment.
Well, it’s not a long speech, but I have provided my feeling towards the environment. On this wonderful day, I want to say one thing; Try to plant more trees as we depend on the tree. Try to plant at least one tree for any special occasion, such as a birthday or anniversary.
